I totally agree. As an introvert, the idea of selling made me super anxious. I felt like sales calls interrupted people's days and I felt small.
For me, once i embraced the odeas that: Selling is common
all you're doing is finding and solving problems everything changed.
Now I go by a mantra:
Work
Relate
Solve
Ask
Do the work, relate to your clients, show how you can solve their problems ask for the sale.
